Under no circumstances is personal information shared or sold to other companies. All information received by EMR Creations will be to process the customer's order. Once the project(s) is completed all personal information, e xcept email addresses, will be destroyed. Email addresses are used solely to contact the customer regarding their order and occasional promotional events or updates. The amount of time needed to process the order is determined by the complexity of the order. This will all be discussed with the customer and will be determined prior to starting the project. Work is done in a timely manner to assure the customer will receive their items well before the date needed. Remember, all items in an order are personally created and packaged by one person, to insure correctness and consistency, so please, allow ample time for the order. If ordering materials only, i.e. favor boxes, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. There will be a rush-fee of $50 if there isn’t adequate time given for custom-made orders.
This will be determined on the complexity and materials used for the order. There is a 10% set-up fee for all custom-made invitations. 20% of the total cost will be due before printing of invitations for custom-made orders. The final 80% will be due before the final product is shipped. All shipping rates are based on weight, bulk and distance of shipment. This price will be determined before the final bill is given to the customer.
EMR Creations reserves the right to use all products designed by the company as samples on the website. The customer does have the option to request that their product is not used on the website.
